What you'll learn through
The Digital Health, AI & Innovation Fellowship
Gain expertise in digital health over an 8-week programme.

Week 1: Introduction to Clinical Product Management
We start our programme with the foundations underpinning Clinical Product Management. A focus on real-world case-studies and practical translation to your project.
Dr Rhydian Harris: Co-Founder of BiteLabs. Product Manager; Ex-Pando, Ex-Numan

Week 2: Proving Your Hypotheses with User Data (UX)
You will learn to extract and apply user data to test and refine your healthcare innovation hypotheses. Emphasising practical data collection and analysis, the week's goal is to align healthcare solutions with genuine user needs, preparing you for evidence-based project development. This approach ensures the creation of impactful, user-validated healthtech products.

Week 3: Lean Canvas: Problem Statements and Hypotheses
You will be equipped with the Lean Canvas framework to articulate clear problem statements and form testable hypotheses. This structured approach sharpens the focus on key components of your healthtech solutions, encouraging critical thinking and strategic planning.

Week 4: Pathways to Product Commercialisation
In Week 4, the curriculum pivots to the business aspects of healthtech innovation, teaching you how to bring a product to market. The focus is on understanding the commercial viability of solutions, exploring market strategies, and knowing the financial landscape.

Week 5: Medical Content Creation and Artificial Intelligence in Healthtech
In the evening, you will first learn about the intricacies of medical content creation, followed by an introduction to the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in healthcare, exploring its application in diagnostics, treatment, and patient care optimisation.
Subject to availability, hybrid fellows will also have the opportunity to join us at Rathbones, one of Europe's largest private equity firms, for a breakfast overlooking the London skyline.

Week 6: Digital Health regulation and compliance
Week 6 delves into the essential knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance in the UK healthtech industry, ensuring that you have a basic understanding of legal standards and patient safety requirements. The sessions aim to equip you with the knowledge to manage regulatory scrutiny while maintaining the innovative edge of your healthtech solutions

Week 7: Mastering networking and pitching
This week's focus is on empowering you with the confidence and skills to effectively present your healthtech solutions to potential investors, partners, and peers. Emphasis is placed on crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, fostering relationships that can lead to collaboration and opportunity.
This hands-on workshop focuses on ensuring you understand the dynamics of professional interactions in the healthtech ecosystem to foster impactful collaboration.

Demo day showcase & networking
(Central London)
The final week culminates with Demo Day, where hybrid fellows present their healthtech projects to our healthtech network. Demo Day is not just a presentation; it is a critical networking event that offers fellows the opportunity to showcase the practical results of their learning to recruiters, investors and healthtech leaders. The day offers the potential for feedback and collaboration, marking the beginning of many future healthtech careers.
Fellows will subsequently be initiated into the BiteLabs Healthtech Alumni Community. Remote fellows will be able to join the Demo Day remotely and will be required to submit their final innovative projects for assessment by the BiteLabs team.
